It depends on the planted area, hedges and surfaces rather than lot size alone, so we price after a site walk. Programs are quoted as a fixed monthly amount that averages the busy and quiet months. Lawn-only care starts at $45 per visit if that is all a property needs.
No. Landscaping builds or changes a landscape; maintenance keeps it at standard. We do both, but this page is about the ongoing care. If you need a new installation, ask and we will quote it separately.
Yes. Townhome complexes and small to mid-size stratas are a large part of our work. Councils get the same photo reports owners do, plus a seasonal summary for meetings. See our strata landscaping page for the council-specific details.
We prune ornamental and fruit trees up to about 4 m as part of a program. Larger trees, removals and anything near power lines go to a certified arborist we work with regularly.
A site walk can usually be arranged within a week, and most programs start within two weeks of the plan being agreed. Storm cleanups are handled sooner.
